THEY'LL GO THE EXTRA MILE

My call started from August 19th the day before my daughter's 20th birthday. I called the 1-800 number and was greeted by a very friendly voice. Although I missed the time zone and the florist was closed; the gal assured me she would leave a message for the florist to give me a call the following day. I shared with the gal that I was trying to inquire if this florist would deliver same day and to my daughter's address out at Flat Rock Road. Next morning I wake at 5 a.m. Hawaii time to place an order. Unfortunately, no one gave me a call back so I called the florist. Greeted by a friendly voice I discribed my situation she assured me that they do deliver same day and to the Flat Rock area. So I continued to place an order on their web page. I was surprised the sight for the florist didn't have balloons. I then contacted the florist again and shared my concern for my order; this time I was greeted by someone else but a very friendly voice as well. Because she was unable to help me she requested for me to hold while she would get someone to help me on the balloon situation. I was then greeted by a male; again a very friendly voice he let me know the prices of the mylar and latex balloons and request for me to make my order over the phone. I was very pleased they could assist me so that I wouldn't guess if my order was going to be closed to perfect on my daughter's birthday. With those friendly voices and the concern for my complete order I know my daughter's birthday flowers & BALLOONS will be next to perfect. Being perfect meant GOD would be arranging the flowers.
