Georgia’s largest art and history museum, the Columbus Museum exhibits regional historical artifacts and nearly 300 years of a American decorative and fine art among 15 galleries. Its permanent exhibits include Chattahoochee Legacy, which recounts the history of the area, and Transformations, a hands-on discovery gallery for children. The museum is located in the East Highlands Area.
